attentive staff delicious food happy staff
The spa was fantastic. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff were attentive and happy to help when needed. The bar staff and the restaurant staff were always so happy.
The heated outdoor pool can be a bit slippery when it's snowing.

The hotel is in a quiet area, but it is still close to the ski lifts. It gives you easy access to the slopes and other attractions. You can easily reach all points of interest from here.

The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The reception staff are very attentive and address all concerns quickly. The housekeeping staff keep the hotel sparkling clean and tidy. The service was excellent.

comfortable beds tasty variety reliable shuttle charming ambiance
the suite had comfortable beds and it was super clean. the breakfast was excellent. dinner offered a tasty variety of dishes. the shuttle service to the gondola was frequent and reliable. i found the ambiance charming. i enjoyed the spa after a day in the pirin mountains.
the small bottle of water cost 10 lev.

the outdoor pool was fantastic. the spa includes a sauna and a steam bath. the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel provides a shuttle every 15 minutes to the ski site.

grateful stay in a beautiful room
large room regular shuttle
the room was large and included a balcony. i appreciated the hot tubs in the pool area and the steam rooms. the free shuttle to the gondola was very convenient and ran regularly. it was also nice that it was only a short walk to town.
the breakfast selection was good, though it could have been better. it was a little disappointing.

the staff were very helpful. they spoke bulgarian and russian fluently, important. their assistance resolved issues that arose and this. it was helpful.

the shuttle bus to the slopes ran every fifteen minutes. this was very helpful. the hotel is also within a ten-minute walk to the ski site, though the shuttle provides faster access. i am grateful
